Coconut Chunk Cookies
The texture of these cookies is a mix between brownie, cake, and cookie. If you like coconut, these are for you! Best when served warm straight from the oven. Mmmmmm!

Gluten Free Snickerdoodles
Don't mind my old cookie sheets, they are well loved! My husband could hardly tell these were gluten free! They were really soft and chewy! A definite WIN.
Espresso Brownies
I always love when experiments turn out fabulous! I made these for our Superbowl party yesterday. My friend said, "I really don't like brownies, but I tried one because everyone said they were amazing, and I couldn't stop eating them! I love them." That makes my heart so happy.
Rosemary Rolls
I guess you can't technically call these "homemade" because I use frozen dinner rolls, but they taste homemade!! I always bring these to holiday get-togethers. They are so good!
Crushed Candy Cane M&M Christmas Cookies
This picture makes me so happy. Making these cookies made me so happy! They are so festive and pretty, and also happen to be very delicious. I must have made 4 dozen cookies Saturday night, and by Tuesday evening, they were wiped out! (I did have some help, it wasn't all me).
However, I will never tell how many I actually did eat myself.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Good old chocolate chip cookies. My absolute favorite. Simple and delicious. My husband and I were talking about how a cold glass of milk only sounds good with warm, fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies. And it makes the house smell so good!!!
Chewy Chocolate Brownie Cookies
These gooey delicious delights are half cookie half brownie, and oh so wonderful! Try them straight out of the oven or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream....melt in your mouth...YUM!
*Gluten Free
Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
These are THE BEST bars I have ever eaten. EVER! I can't even describe fully how amazing they are! My coworker Christy gave me the recipe and I am so excited to share it with you! Just make them, you will love them!!!!
Pumpkin Bread
Do yourself a favor. Don't try to modify this recipe to make it healthier. It is so good just like it is. Eat a few slices with a hot cup of coffee, then take it to work or to the neighbors so you don't eat the whole thing. It's that good! And if you do try to modify it and it's gross; well I told you.
Apple-Pear Crumble
This basic crumble packed full of fresh apples and pears with melt in your mouth. Perfect for company or to warm up on a cold wintery night.
Chunky Crockpot Applesauce
Do I really need to say anything? It's delicious!
Banana Muffins with Crumb Topping
Forget you banana bread! This is my new favorite treat to go along with coffee in the morning. The moistest muffins you ever tasted! Okay, sorry I had to - it really is very moist with a beautiful crunchy topping. SO GOOD!!!!!
Banana Bread
A classic recipe for banana bread with a small twist: organic blue agave replaces the popular granulated sugar to create a slightly healthier recipe.
Strawberry Topping
Fresh strawberries lightly sweetened with honey and vanilla. Fresh and simple, as fruit should be.
Simple Berry Syrup
A medley of raspberries, blueberries, & blackberries heated and made into a simple topping perfect for french toast, pancakes, waffles or over vanilla ice cream.
Baked Apples
Warm up on a chilly night by making yummy baked apples with brown sugar, honey, & whip cream.
