So I've definitely been slacking on posting new recipes lately. I'll own that. Life gets so dang busy, and it seems all my energy is gone after I work hard, come home and go running so I don't plump up, tidy the house, get dinner ready, try to look somewhat presentable when my husband gets home (I fail a lot)....anyways that is my sorry excuse for not posting anything since April. :( But this should make up for it! I make these, freeze them, and put them in my husband's lunch so he can eat them for breakfast with his coffee. HE LOVES THEM! I could give them to him everyday and he wouldn't get tired of them.
