Yesterday I got around to updating my "Guide to Eating Healthier" page! Maybe I'm more excited than you will be. I most likely am, but I wanted to make sure and tell everyone anyways. I feel that I have a good combination of both healthy, homey, & junky recipes on my website, as I am human and some days just need sugar. Or chocolate. Or a big 'ol bowl of baked potato soup with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and a slice of white bread. BUT despite some of my cravings, I try really hard to feed my husband and myself healthy meals and snacks. I have done a lot of research and feel compelled to share it. So here you go! My husband took this picture. :) He came into the kitchen and said, "That smells so good! Those colors look awesome! I have to take a picture." Always makes me smile when my food makes others happy, not just myself. And this dish did make us happy.
