GUIDE TO EATING HEALTHIER

Health is such an individual thing.  Some people cannot eat gluten. Others sugar or dairy.
I'm learning as I get older to listen to my body and stay in touch with the simple alerts it provides me.  Our bodies are so amazing, yet we ignore them a lot of the time and think we are smarter. I have been guilty of this many times. 

I have compiled just a few of the things that I do to keep myself and my family healthy. I do not claim to be a professional, a doctor, or a nutritionist. But I do have a brain, and a computer by which I have researched. Hopefully this is helpful and educational. My hope is to stir you to want more for yourself and for your family. Health should not be taken for granted, and is in your power to take hold of!
