Parmesan Garlic Wedge Fries
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake Time: 55 minutes
Makes: 1 baking tray!
4 russet potatoes, scrubbed and each half cut into 4 wedges
4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a large bowl toss potatoes, olive oil or avocado oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, and creole seasoning. Mix well. If potatoes look a little dry, drizzle a little more oil over them.
Place the wedges on baking sheet as shown in above picture. Close, but not overlapping. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Switch oven to BROIL setting and broil 5-10 minutes or until tops of potatoes start getting a nice crispy golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
