5 Minute Veggie Marinade

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
6-8 tablespoons Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Dash salt/pepper
Mix all above ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Pour over veggies and marinate for 20-30 minutes (or overnight if you are a good enough planner) and bake, grill, or sauté!
Note from the cook: I usually use this marinade for shish kabobs. I take zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, mushroom, & bell pepper, put them on kabob sticks, and grill! So delicious! This is one of our favorites.
